The new residential area is part of the urban master-plan, made by West 8, forming a connection between the historical centre of the city of Goes and the stunning scenery of South Holland’s lake district.
In order to overcome the monotonous look of such a vast urban development and to reach a maximum of diversity in typology and style, is was one of the building rules that every developing party has to work with three different architects.
Next to pasel.künzel architects the first phase was designed by Geurst & Schulze and VHP.
Phase one, which comprises a totality of 225 houses and apartments, is located in the direct proximity of the lake district, allowing for a perfect combination of living and leisure. .
