Floating neighborhoods situated in de lakes of Westland near Rotterdam play with familiar architectural elements such as a central collective square, a fishing port, low-rise houses and barns. The subtle circular composition of the architecture allows for a gradient from public to private space providing every house with a maximum view onto the water. |
