new residential area, designed to suit all generations, is situated near
the city centre forming a connection between a newly developed business
district and an existing housing area from the 19th century. The design consists of linear elements comprising apartments for young people, singles, families,… and more compact units for the elderly. Consequently this structure guarantees a blend of typologies, ranging from shared apartments to assisted living units for the elderly and from maisonettes with private gardens to luxurious roof apartments.. |
