apartment is looking out on one of the most popular English landscape
parks in Rotterdam. The transformation of the apartment, which is situated
in the listed housing block De Eendracht by the famous Dutch architect
J.H.van den Broek, provides new service areas such as kitchen, bathroom,
walk-in cupboard, etc. Due to carefully detailed modifications the apartment
